I feel like I breathe travel.  After retiring from school district administration I was able to return to the world of travel.  I learned Spanish in high school, French in university, and lived in Germany, and in Sweden, and in Norway. (I have been a member of the Sons of Norway for 46 years.)

I have driven my wife and daughter throughout Europe. We have been on bus tours in Europe. We have traveled Europe by train. We have sailed on the Danube River. We have cruised in Scandinavia and in the Med. (We even cruised the Panama Canal for a change in views.) I specialize in cruises with less than 1000 passengers at sea and less than 200 passengers on a river.

The challenges of exploring a new place is healthy for the brain. And it is also fertile ground for more great memories: sturdy castles, stately cathedrals, secluded beaches, surprising foods, pink cheeks, comfortable hotels, curious cruise excursions and wonderful souvenirs are waiting for you.
